KNITTING
We are equipped with advanced high speed circular and flat knitting machineries. we are versatile in fabric manufacturing to supply products that satisfies the customer. We are well versed in fabrics that include Single Jersey, Interlock, Pique, Waffle, French Terry, Fleece, Ribs, Jacquard, Stripes, Spandex and Polyester Blends, Engineered Stripes and Plated fabric
PROCESSING
We process fabrics with advanced European machines.We are keen to take continuous efforts to improve the quality and productivity through technology up-gradation in processing.we are contributing to the sustainability by meeting all pollution norms.we treat processed water in Zero Liquid Discharge(ZLD) system, that represents the ultimate cutting-edge treatment system that eliminates wastewater discharge and maximizes water recovery. Apparently the unit recovers and reuses 95% of water.
Embellishments ( printing and embroidery)
We are focused in printing and embroidery to maintain market leadership and to meet customer requirements. We primely print garment by automatic European based high speed printing machines and Japanese based embroidery machine. Some of our print collection include Pigment print, Reactive print, Discharge print, High density print, Rubber print, Foil print, Flock print, Glitter print, Transfer print, Sublimation print, Digital print, Photo print, Puff print and Embossed print. Our embroidery collections include Stitch embroidery, Sequence embroidery, Chenilli embroidery, Batch embroidery, Appliqué embroidery and Logo embroidery.
GARMENT WASHES
We promote awareness through continuous training and refresher programmes about washing innovation in textile industry to our washing technicians. Some of our washing gallery include Garment dyed garment, Dip dye, Vintage washed garment, Acid washed garment, Mineral wash, Tie and die, Silicon wash for soft hand feel and Bio wash.
GARMENTING
With the equipment of most advanced Japanese based sewing machines for garment construction and well experienced skilled employees. We are focused in small quantity orders with tedious styling with premium quality than preferring huge volume order. We have capacity to manufacturing 100k garments per month.
